On their teenage years, the Qiku brothers migrated into the United States from Eastern Europe to seek for greener pasture. Enthused by the opportunity to achieve the great American dream, the young brothers started off working at restaurants as dishwashers and bussing tables and in later years became waiters extraordinaire. Saving every penny they could earn, they opened their own restaurant in Bound Brook, New Jersey called Carpaccio.
However, the desire to further expand their horizons in the restaurant business, John, the oldest of the 3 brothers, along with his wife Peggy and their 2 young teenage sons, Izzy and Bekim opened another restaurant named Ciao Bello in Somerville, New Jersey. Soon after the opening, it was getting great reviews from the local newspapers in Central Jersey.
Inspired by its successes, John, Peggy, Izzy and Bekim opened another restaurant in South Bound Brook called Ovations. The theme is different, the ambience is for the younger crowd and the menu is a new twist to satisfying your discriminating taste. From our great Italian cuisine in Ciao Bello to our Sushi-Asian menus comes the fusion of culinary delights that will surely satiate your palate. |
